Assisi Rosato

浅樱桃红色,有丰富浓郁的果香,清爽的酸度,结构也不弱。

Canaiolo Sangiovese两种很有特色的意大利本土葡萄品种酿成。手工采收之后快速压榨、低温长时间发酵,味道精细清爽新鲜。

 

Intense with fruity scents and the bouquet of just-pressed grapes  , rich in aromas, pleasantly soft and fruity 

Cultivation system: Palmet, or fan pruning, with spring cluster thinning and organic farming methods without the use of pesticides and herbicides 
Yield per hectare: 7000 litres/ha 
Vinification: Free-run juice is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature 
Aging: Released in spring following harvest 
Chemical analysis: Values in the norm 
Alcohol: 13%vol 
Colour: Cherry pink 
Bouquet: Intense with fruity scents and the bouquet of just-pressed grapes 
Flavour: Rich in aromas, pleasantly soft and fruity 
Serving temperature: 8-10°C (46-50°F) 
Food matchings: Risotto, dishes with mushrooms, fried foods, stewed rabbit and vegetable flans
