German "Spaetburgunder" (pinot noir). We have been travelling to  Germany and we have Bottles from the Kaiserstuhl and the Palatinate to taste. Some of them  "GG-Grosses Gewaechs" corresponding to a Grand Crus. The development of German wine making will surprise you! Another surprise will be the food  paring!

Unusual Bubbles!  There are very few reasons left to drink champagne and pay the brand. But there are many reasons to try the "metodo classico" products that appear everywhere.  Can you imagine a "metodo classico"  based on the "Scheurebe" grape. We found it at the Kaiserstuhl.  We present  5 different bubbles from Umbria, the Marche and Germany.  We try to pair with a Ceviche di Baccalà
