 Produced on volcanic soil, vineyards on an average of 200 m above sea level with  nice environment and landscape,the  company now is converting to organic production.
Vineyard in controspalliera / Guyot, 4000 plants / ha 
Grain harvest in September 
Vinification: soft pressing
Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tank aging on the lees for 4 months until bottling, 3 months of aging in bottle
