Not only noble red wines are made from the Sagrantino grape. Vinified as a white wine is it the original base for the Spumante Brut MetodoClassico (Traditional Method) of Scacciadiavoli.
The characteristics of the wine reveal themselves in a new form: the aromas are fresh and delicate, and the tannins, typical of Sagrantino, give structure and unite the bubbles
