The WineSong tasting studio in Orvieto organized an event to taste 3 Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG (Tudernum 2011, Cimate 2014, Scacciadiacoli 2015) and 3 Umbria Rosso IGT made from Sagrantino (Castello di  Montegiove 2010, Tili Vini 2011 and Chiorri 2015).  The tasters (professionals and wine lovers) enjoyed the explosion of tannins from hard to soft to round, which was offered by this choice of wines. The participants appreciated all of them.  There was a lot of chattingabout the strength and weaknesses of the participating wines, which was not recorded :-), But all tasters agreed in giving the highest vote to two of the Sagrantino DOCG. (Cimate and Scacciadiavoli)
