It is incredible! After 13 years this Sagrantino has still an enormous power, what you can see already from the colour, just garnet, but still a lot of ruby.  Tannins and acidity are still in a state that this wine will last other 10 years in the bottle.  I characterized it as "fully developed" for the enormous complexity of secondary and tertiary aromes and flavours and the nearly complete absence of fresh fruit.  But this wine is by no means at he end of it's lifespan.
