Assisi Young

The young we did not find  in Italy. We met Annalaura Tili and her mom at Interwine in Guangzhou. We were immediately enchanted by the particular taste of the "Young". They told us, that Mr. Tili (Father and husband) did not like, because it so little traditional.

Young, we can drink also without a meal!

The Petit Verdot has found its natural habitat in the hills of Assisi because he loves the warm and sunny weather but windy and dry.
The late maturation of the Petit Verdot, vinified together with Sangiovese and Sagrantino, givesing new life rise to a ruby red wine. 
To be served at 18-20°C (64-68°F).
