Corio Rosso del Umbria
This really pleasant red wine is produced mainly from San Giovese grapes, but it has interesting nuances from the use of a variety of other local red grapes.Bouquet fresh and lifely with floral notes of almonds. Flavor soft and lifely in the same time
It is a wine meant to be drunk young, but it has sure an aging capacity of some years. We tasted in 2020 a 2016 vintage and it was good. Softer tannins and more ripe fruit flavors than the 2016 vintage that we tested in parallel.
80% San Giovese and 20% other vines with red grapes
This wine has an incredible price/quality ratio
