Porcini mushrooms, potatoes and scrambled eggs

This was not intentional.  I was cooking a deer stew and initially I had planned to add the Porcini, so I had them watered (dried porcini).

Then I decided that the stew would be come to rich and that the mushrooms did not fit with the acidic note of the stew sauce. Ah, well, initially I also wanted to add potatoes to the stew, cancelled for the same reason.

Now I had to invent a dish with these two ingredients.  I simply fried the mushrooms and the diced potatoes (the red ones, with a good consistency) with some garlic and Olive Oil, at the end I mixed to eggs in, wonderful!

...the wines

This is a dish for a Rosè Wine or a light red, at least not too tannic. I had an "Accordo"  (aged  and very strong Sangiovese) open, which did  not fit, neither did the Orvieto Classico from Poggio Cavallo.
