The base wine is Verdicchio and it is produced with the classical Charmat method.

Very balanced foam, playful in the persistance of the perlage,  wisely  acidic and fresh. Very nicely drinkable, because of its fragrance and mellowness.  

Elegance and discretion  are the most caracteristic aspects, which make from this Brut an  example of harmony and balance.  

 It is a sparkling wine,  appropriate for the entire meal,  you can use it as an aperitive, or just enjoy a glass during the evening.  You will be surprised how well it pairs with Sichuan cuisine
