This is the first of the Belisario  Premier Crus Verdicchio, we selected. It is esclusively produced from grapes grown at the East slopes of the Alta Valle Esina at the base of  Mount San Vicino. The grapes are fermented under control of temperature.  In our opinion this is the stereotype of "Verdicchio di Matelica": strength and elegance, sapidity and softness, maturity and freshness.  It is the natural companion for important fish dishes, excellent with all kind of steamed fish.  It is good with seafood too and yes: we recommend this white wine with savory soups of fish, seafood, or from white meats.
