We call this wine "Brunello di Orvieto".  The owner of Levelette winery says "San Giovese is a beautiful mess". This wine is simply beautiful. A 100% San Giovese with the right to age and very impressive result. It is 6 years old, when it starts to be commercialized, but it tastes as if just arrive to young adulthood. Enormous aging potential
